From the sign-up page to your own workspace with an ideal customer profile already drafted, in one sitting.

Step by step

Sign up
Go to workspace.brainess.com/register. Continue with Google, or use your email and a password.

Name your workspace
Enter your company name and paste your website. That is all Brainess needs.

Researches your company
It reads your site, searches the web for who you sell to, and drafts your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile): industries, company size, the roles that buy, and the regions.

Review your ICP
Read the draft. If it is right, click “Looks right”. You can edit every field later under Profile.

Open your workspace
Your workspace is ready. Accounts is empty, with one button: “Ask Brainess to find accounts”.

Sign up with your real website; the better the site, the better the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
Fix one thing in the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) draft before accepting it, so you see how editing works.
Invite a teammate from Members once you are in.
